My return was rejected for an incorrect EIN number. How do I get to my W2s to correct it?

If the fix it now option isn't working then when you log in scroll down and click on add a state to let you back into your account then you can return to the Federal tab, income section then choose the W-2 to edit and make the correction. Then you'll have to go through the federal review tab and the file tab to resend the return.  

If you did enter the correct number and the IRS rejected it then you're only option is to print, ink sign and mail in the return and attach all your W-2 forms and any other form that has withholding on it. In the file tab choose to mail in the return and the proper instructions will be part of the PDF file.
