Question

My returns are in progress and I want to submit them now, but it won't open. The little blue circle just keeps spinning and spinning. Why won't it open?

Clear your cookies and/or use a different browser.

See if you have any messages in your account.   Log into your account, and in the upper right corner click the red box that says Expert Help.  Click on the Expert Advice button, then in the window that appears, look for "my contact history".  Click that, and in the message(s) that appear, click on each one, and you should see each message.
