Question

My routing and account number is correct. why is it being rejected?

I have taken the numbers off my checkbook and it is still rejected.

1)  Must be a USA bank

2) Some BofA locations/accounts, and a few other banks have some accounts (not most banks) which require a different routing number than is shown on the check in order to do a Direct Debit...check with your bank about any special routing numbers that might b required.

    Look on the check ... do not use what is on a deposit slip ... and see if there is an ACH R/T  number ... if so use it.
