Question

My son's return was rejected because we did not indicate that I claimed him as a dependent. We need to indicate that he has been claimed but does not say where. Stumped.

Reject Code F1040-516. We did not see where to indicate that I claimed him. Turbo Tax, if you really want to help me fix my son's return, it would be so helpful to let us know where to make the change.

answer yes.
