My son turned 18 in September and is still a High School student. He worked part time and make $19K. Xan I claim him as a dependent on my taxes?

    He will qualify as your dependent as far as the age is concerned since he is under the age of 19. However, you still need to furnish over half of his support, which may be hard if he made that much money and used some or all of it for his support. Support would include basic costs of living, such as food, shelter, education, medical expenses, transportation, etc..
