My spouse and I filed jointly and we owe. We'd like to use a payment plan. Does only one spouse set up a payment plan on the IRS website? Or both?

You would use the Social Security number of the taxpayer listed first on your tax return, but since you are filing jointly, it will apply to both of you.

When you get to the File section in TurboTax, you will be asked how you want to pay your taxes due. You can select set up an installment plan with the IRS. Answer the questions as prompted and your installment plan request will be submitted when you file your return.
