Question

My spouse and I live in Texas and has been married since Sept 2023 and plan to file taxes separately. Can TurboTax help us e-file our taxes despite us needing form8958?

There is a TurboTax article saying IRS may not accept efiled Married-filling-separately tax returns in community property state. But no sure when they accept and when they don't accept
