My spouse is covered by my insurance. How do I answer this question for him: "What type of High Deductible Health Plan did Mark have on December 1, 2023? "

Do I choose "Family" because he was under my plan or do I choose "none" because he didn't have his own plan?

    Choose "none" because he did not have his own plan.  You'll choose family.  Any withdrawals from your HSA will be eligible medical expenses for either of you, or any dependents.
