My state and federal turbo tax returns have been rejected. How do I fix this

I didn't file any taxes in 2017 or 2018. I didn't work or have any earnings for those years

Since you did not file a 2018 tax return enter a 0(zero) for the 2018 AGI

If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
