While you are signed into your TurboTax account, check your personal information to be sure your wife is no longer listed and that the check box is not marked that you are deceased.
You can edit your personal information by going to the "My Info" tab, in the black navigation bar on the left, then click the pencil beside your yourself and possibly your wife and go through the questions again to review and/or change your answer. You can click the image attached to enlarge and view.
