My state return was adjusted to a very small amount can turbo tax correct this i was expecting 1123 and only got 71

my state return was adjusted from $1123. Which turbo tax said i would get back to $71 which the state adjusted my return to. Why such a dramatic differance

One possibility is your refund was reduced by the government, either to correct a calculation error or through a refund offset.
