My state tax are incomplete

I followed the instructions on the site and it does not work

TurboTax Deluxe Online

I had this problem with my MA tax return. It kept sending me to form to fix the problem but I couldn't edit the form or if I did it and it still said it was incomplete... The box they showed me to fix was a calculated field so I couldn't change it. I had to manually go to the form and figure out which boxes I had to fill in to get the right answer in the calculated field. Once I did that everything worked.
