My state tax has been rejected twice because the way I wrote down my county they want it in a Capital first letter the rest lower case it is like that I double checked and it got sent back again and w

Your state return will not be accepted until your federal return has been accepted.  

 

Although state returns can be e-filed with your federal return (or after your federal return has already been accepted), it's no longer possible to e-file state returns before the federal.

 

Federal returns cannot be electronically filed until 2/12/21.  After your federal return has been accepted, you can then submit your state return.
