My State Tax needs to be fixed. When I click on the fix it button it goes to the home page with no way to fix anything

If you have not already submitted your return, it will allow you to make correction and changes.. If you click on that FIX IT NOW button, it will take you to where the issue is to allow you to make that adjustment. 

 From your Turbo Tax Timeline,  Just click on the STATE section and follow through each section to ensure everything is complete and correct.  Usually,  when you click on the FIX IT NOW, it takes you right where you need to be automatically.  However you can manually maneuver through where you need to go as well.  Once you make all corrections, you would just submit your return    Hope this helps...
