Question

My stimulus check was supposed to come in TODAY and it’s not here. And this piece of ***** app and website won’t let me speak to ANYONE

Asking to pay $35 bucks to get a human on the line is disgusting

@sergiozee - let me see if I can help. READ carefully.

 

1st - please go back to the GET MY PAYMENT website and look at the last 4 digits of the account number. Can you verify from your own  records that the number is indeed correct?  it may not be.

 

2nd - do you have a turbo card and did you have your fees deducted from your REFUND? 

 

3rd - if the account number is incorrect at the IRS portal, the money will "bounce back" and the IRS will send a paper check

 

4th - if the account number is correct at the IRS portal, suggest contacting the Bank tomorrow.
