It just means that some things on your return don't match what the IRS has in their database. Here's how you can fix it.

Step 1: Check your email

Step 2: Search for a solution

Step 3: Open and fix your return

Step 4: Re-file your return

TurboTax does not get any information about refund status. You must check the status yourself using the IRS refund tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
