My tax return was at $9066.00 and now it's showing $7,500.? I want to know why it changed so much?

as Intuit issues updates to its software, your results can change.

For that reason it's important not to file until late Feb or early March.

Do you owe the state? At the end Turbo Tax shows you the net federal and state combined. But that is only for your info. Or did you enter the Stimulus payments you already got? Turbo Tax started out assuming you didn't get them so your refund may have been too much.
