My tax return was rejected due to an incorrect AGI and I can't get it from the IRS. Can I print the forms Turbotax filled out and submit them via mail?

Yes you can. follow TT filing instructions. I would suggest sending by a method where you get proof of delivery. Since you are filing by mail there will be no confirmation of receipt from the IRS. it is behind in processing paper returns. if you are due a refund it could take many weeks before it shows up in your refund status. if you owe the payment gets processed separate from the return, so it could as long or longer for a transcript of your return to show up.
