My tax was accepted o January 29 it was being processed up until now its gone

The wmr said for almost 12 weeks it was being processed now it's saying no information

I would first verify that it has been successfully efiled by using the FAQ below:

If they have indeed received and accepted your information, and it has been since January 29 with no update, I would contact the IRS or state tax agency and ask them to access your account. They may be able to view more information on their end and will be able to advise you if additional time or additional information is required.
