I filed my taxes on January 24th of this year and it's saying I've got 0 and return I don't know how that's possible because last year I filed receive close to 4,000 before the money was taken out to pay y'all how can we fix this issue I have not changed income since last year

What is showing 0 (zero)?

Sign onto your online account and the federal tax refund will be displayed at the top of the Tax Home web page - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Look at your Federal Tax Return Form 1040 Line 20 for the amount of your federal tax refund, if any.

Sign onto your TurboTax online account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down and click on Add a State. This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen. Then click on Print Center. Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.
