When your tax return is rejected you will receive an email from us on how to fix it. If you do not receive an email please follow these steps as you need to fix the issue in TurboTax: Sign in to your TurboTax account and select Fix my return to see your reject code and explanation. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the info causing the reject. My taxes have been rejected the past 2 years. I am unable to fix my return or even find the site to fix my returns will somebody assist.
