My taxes have NOT been accepted or rejected, I filed 48 hours ago on Turbo tax, is anyone else having this issue?

I efiled my taxes, the IRS has NOT accepted or rejected my filing. Is anyone else having this same issue. This is a first time in 20+ year this has happened. Is the IRS backed up and not accepting/rejecting taxes in 48 hours? Today's date is 03/30/21

Yes, the IRS is backed up. Per IRS: They have around 12 million tax returns that have been caught in a processing backlog created by the pandemic, which shut down the IRS for a time. Americans should see their refunds in the coming months. "We would hope to be through this backlog by the summer," IRS Commissioner Charles Rettig told House Ways and Means Oversight Subcommittee Chairman Bill Pascrell.
