My taxes waiting on figuring when cut off

My name is Cecilia had took a picture of w2 and was waiting for taxes to be figured and cut off. I tried to use name to get back on but would not take my email cant get back to where I was at [email address removed] password was <removed> Tax year 2019 evergreen community Supports [social security number removed] employer ID number

Log completely out of all TurboTax accounts if you have more than one. You can use this link

https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/ to recover your account with your phone number. If that doesn't work there is a small blue link at the bottom that says Try something else and if you click on that you can locate your account by using your SSN, name, and birthdate.
