My taxes were e-filed and rejected because I need form 8862. I attempted to fix it in TurboTax, but it's not including form 8862.How fo I add manually? .

Does anyone know how to manually add the form 8862 I can't even go back and change my question when TurboTax asked if I needed to file one I don't even know how to get to that part of the return it just keeps telling me everything is fine we filing it and this is three times it's been rejected and I'm scared the IRS is not going to let me ever do it again if I if I reject it again but I do know form 8862 is not included and needs to be included I even pulled the form up filled it out but TurboTax is not adding it to my file I don't know why can anyone help please Thank you

    How to find your 1095-A online

    1. Log in to your account.
    2. Under "Your Existing Applications," select your 2024 application — not your 2025 application.
    3. Select “Tax Forms."
    4. Download all 1095-As.

    Get screen-by-screen directions, with pictures (PDF, 504 KB).

    To include Form 8862 to your return:

     

    1. Open your return
    2. TurboTax Online/Mobile: Go to Form 8862
    3. In the Earned Income Credit section, select Continue
    4. In the screen Do any of these uncommon situations apply? check the box that says, I got a notice from the IRS saying that Form 8862 is required for the Earned Income Tax Credit
    5. Select Continue and then Done
    6. On the Since you got an IRS notice, we need to check on a few things screen, select No, none of these apply and I need to fill out the 8862 form
    7. Select Continue
    8. Answer the remaining questions.
