My turbo tax does not want to make the change of my rejected taxes and i keep on re trying why does this proble not get fixed

I even used the website instead of app and nothing keeps on automatically changing back to when i first submitted and now i even talked to agents and nothing this will be my 6x refixing

No here can see your tax return nor will know why the return was rejected.

What is the rejection code and rejection message for why the tax return was rejected?
