Question

My TurboTax Documents/Downloads file is missing some of my previous yearsprograms

I just activated or re-installed Deluxe Fed & State for 2022-2023-2024

I noticed 23-24 popping up after activation about it being stored in my account

It is always hard for me to find that file, but I finally did

I have used TTax since 1995 or before and I remember 2 occasions where customer service had to reload  my prior purchases due to some storage glitches

The last time- they stopped at 2014 and missed a few years in between

When I just looked in the folder, the 2022 was missing but 23 & 24 were there?

How do I get my missing programs placed into my folder ?

I have talked to the general customer service staff 3 times

    - one said she would write up a ticket about a month ago

    - the 2nd rep was incapable of offering any dteps

    - yesterday U wasted 20 minutes on a lady who for 19 of the minutes could not comprehend that I WAS NOT LOOKING for stored documents

when I got her to listen long enough to look into my downloads folder she stated that no one could have any programs in that file before 2023

when I asked her to expand the page to see my downloads back to 2014, she hung up

i really need to find the proper department and approval level to get this done

When you call, ask for a manager. You never know who you will get. Some times you have to try a couple times.
