my turbotax total for taxes I have to pay has not shown up on my IRS website account. the reurn itself is not on there yet nor the balance

Depending on when you e-filed your tax return, it can take at least 24 hours after your e-filed tax return has been accepted to show up on the IRS Website.

I filed a few days ago. My federal taxes say accepted on TurboTax and have a total but my state taxes were $0 and they still say pending on TurboTax.

No worries. This week is very busy with tax return files and it takes a little time to receive notification about your state or federal return. It's not surprising at all that you cannot see the return yet on the IRS website. Give it some time.
