Question

My understanding is that NYS does not tax NYS paid family leave. I can't figure out how to deduct paid family leave (1099-MISC reported in my federal taxes).

    Paid Family Leave (PFL) is taxable in NYS, so there is no place to subtract the payments on your NYS return.
