My us bank payer ID is entered correctly but turbo tax says its incorrect?

First try deleting the payer id completely and hitting backspace and delete several extra times to ensure any stray spaces are eliminated.  Then manually re-enter the ID number.

 

If the error persist delete the 1099 completely and manually re-enter all the 1099 information into TurboTax.
