My USAA military discount was not applied. I also have my military ID. I was still charged

Here is a link with discussion on the requirements to receive the Military Free File discount.  If eligible for the free file then be sure you have answered all the military questions in the "My Info" section.  Also, check that you have selected "Active Duty Military Pay" in the follow question for your military W2.  

If you are not eligible for the free file (Officers for example) then you would want to access TurboTax through USAA.com to get the discount provided there.  

I was charged 315 dollars for using TurboTax as military member even after giving all required information was given. No response from turbo tax.
