Question

My W2 does not have any info on the Box 12's? I can't continue until I put something there what do I do?

Is it possible there is input in one of the fields for Box 12?  Go through the input and just delete the fields to ensure there are not any stray characters or spaces entered that could be causing the issue.

 

If that doesn't work, you may need to delete the W-2 Form and re-enter the information.

 

Box 12 is used for items such as retirement contributions, health coverage, and various other items.  Please see the following link for additional information.
