My w2 does not show an amount in box 2 (federal income tax withheld)?
I see state withholding but not federal withholding
I assume you are referring to your physical W-2. You can confirm whether or not this is correct by looking back at your paycheck stubs. If there was withholding your employer did not report, then you will need a corrected W-2.
