My wife babysits occasionally. what should i put?

That depends on the details of the babysitting.     If done in the child's home it might considered to be household employment income and if under $1,200 for any one employer, reported as other income not on a W-2.   If done in your home, it would be self-employment income reported on a schedule C if more then $400.
