My wife earned $1613 in 2017. Do I need to add her W-2 to my 2017 tax return as well?

Yes, if you are filing Married Filing Joint (MFJ).

All income must be filed for both spouses.

Also, don't forget all applicable deductions, such as Medical Expenses.

If you need help adding your spouses W-2, this should be helpful:

1.  Go to Federal.

2.  Select Wages and Income.

3.  Select W-2, you will see your W-2 already entered, choose Add W-2 on bottom left below your current W-2.

At this point, TurboTax will assist you the add the next W-2.
