My wife had a IP PIN but cant find it?

My Wife is a nurse / employee for University of Wisconsin Eau Claire WI . she had an IP PIN given to her but cant find it?

If you cannot get the IP PIN, then you will have to file by mail.

 

Since you do not have the IP PIN, you may be able to retrieve it online from the IRS.  See the following article for more information and a link to the IRS site you need to use:
