My wife is a stay at home mom, and did not work all of 2024, is she a dependent?

She takes care of our daughter so we dont have to send her to daycare, but she does not bring an income in. Should I file her as a dependent?

No.  A spouse is never a dependent.  You can file a joint return with her if she agrees.  You would do this by selecting that you are married, and that you want to file a joint return with your spouse.  She does not have to have income in order to do this.  However, she does become equally responsible for everything on the return when filing a joint return.
