Question

My wife passed away last year,and her joint account was closed. who do i contact to request any payments due to her. I do(did) have power of attorney for her ?

    Each situation is unique, you may not need to do . I recommend you run through the IRS How Do I File a Deceased Person program. It is very detailed and will tell you exactly what is best for your situation.
