Question

My wife worked part of the year then went on disability. I have a W2 from her employer and two W2s from the disability insurance. Do I check the box "Paid family leave"

The employer W2 does not reflect the disability insurance payments.  Do I click the "paid family leave" box on the "Uncommon situations" list for the employer or do I simply enter the other two W2s?

Do NOT click on the "paid family leave" box ...  simply enter the other two W2s.
