My wifes last name is different when trying to finish my efile it ask to sign her name but then says my spouse name is different this is true but were married?

You need to use your wife's last name that is on file with the Social Security Office. Did your wife file her married name with the Social Security Administration Office? If she did not change her married name with the SSA then use her maiden name on your return.
