For your tax return under Personal Info, you want to put your current mailing address (where you get your mail). This is so if the IRS must send you anything it will use the latest one on file. If your mom's address is on the W2, that is okay you will enter that address in the W2 section and it will not affect the rest of your return (It is just the last address that the job had on file)
