Nebraska unemployment said1099 will not be ready until the end of february. what can i do?

I did not draw unemployment for very long and nebraska says the 1099 will not be ready until the end of february. I thought all forms had to be ready by the end of january?

Wait for it so that you can file a complete and correct return instead of filing without it and waiting six months for the IRS to process an amended return if you leave it out so that you can file now. The IRS is not accepting 2020 returns until February 12, so Nebraska's delay only slows you down by a couple of weeks.
