If you purchased TurboTax Live, you have access to unlimited help from live tax experts, including an expert final review of your return at no extra charge. Here’s how you can use it: 

Contact TurboTax: You can contact TurboTax support directly by following the steps on their contact page.  

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Sign In: Log in to your TurboTax account
2. Live Help Button: Select the "Live help" button  at top right of screen
3. If you haven't upgraded to "Live Assisted" you will be asked to upgrade.
4. What can we help you with?: Enter your tax question or topic area and select "Continue"
5. TurboTax offers phone support/chat support  from 5 AM to 9 PM PT every day.

If you didn't purchase TurboTax Live and just have product support questions, you can still get help:

1. TurboTax Support Page: Visit the TurboTax Support page for articles, community discussions, and video tutorials.

Note: Talking one-on-one with a live specialist is not covered with TurboTax Free Edition. You'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
