Hello,
I have filed my return and received a rejection email. I try to log into my Turbo Tax and am told that it cannot find my file. I have called the 1-800 # but can't get past the menu as she can not understand my email address and doesn't recognize my phone number. The online help path just leads me in circles. Please help!
