Question

Need my @20 refund. I used Turbo Tax via the BECU website. BECU has teamed up with TurboTax Save up to $20 on TurboTax federal products.

The $20 refund I expected to receive, after using the Turbo Tax link on the BECU website, was never applied. Turbo Tax charged me $55.04 (includes tax) for filing my return on 4-14-19. Thanks, Karl Rein-Weston

Please follow the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ to contact customer service to request a refund:  TurboTax Support.

When you enter your question, be sure to use "billing issues" as your keywords, NOT "Refund".
