Billing issues must be resolved by customer support.

I Need to cancel billing for $62.98. Accidentally chose cheaper plan after I selected the higher one.  Popup message stated I  already paid so I didn't think I was billed. Please cancel the $62.98 charge. Thank you! Cynthia [PII removed].

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
