Need to file amended Massachusetts return for 2020 -- possible to e-file?

Hello: My daughter turned 24 in 2020 but I mistakenly claimed her as a dependent in my 1040. I was able to amend this and e-file my amended Federal return. But when I did this - my Massachusetts taxes showed that we now owe extra $$. How do I go about e-filing my amended MA 2020 return? The e-file option doesn't seem to transmit to MA?

 

Can someone please tell me how this is done? Do we have to print and mail the forms to MA IRS? Thanks.

    Mass must be paper mailed for an amended return. See Can I e-file my amended state return?

     

    The mailing instructions will print with the return.
