Need to mail 8833 but system let me proceed the E-file

I need to claim a tax treaty that requires mailing the forms including 8833 to IRS. That's what I did using turbo tax for the previous year. But this year, the system did not show that I need to mail the document. It just let me proceed the e-file. I do put minus numbers in Miscellaneous Income, but still somehow it allows me to submit by e-file with a click.

Is there something wrong when I fill the forms, which make it able to e-file? Or turbo tax can do tax treaty by e-file? I'm not sure if this will be rejected since I do not include 8833. What can I do if it is rejected? Is there any way I can withdraw and submit it again by mail?

@keepmoving4444  TurboTax doesn't have an efile option for 8833 so it probably efiled the return without the form.

Print the 8833 and a copy of your tax return and send them to the IRS address for your state.  Include a note that says you filed the return without the form in error.
