Question

Need to mail in 2013 taxes w/form 5405. Can it go in the same envelope as our 2019 taxes? Or should it be sent separately?

Unless you got a letter from the IRS with regard to the 2013 tax return and the missing form, you should be able to send both returns in the same envelope.

 

If you do have some correspondence from the IRS, then check it and see if there is a specific address where you need to send the 2013 return.
