Needing help with a reason for being charged a turbo tax fee of $170 when my 1099 income for 2019 was only $600?

Here are the steps to review your fees, while in TurboTax follow these steps:

  • While in your Tax Home,
  • Scroll down to Tax Tools,
  • Select Tools,
  • Select My Fees.

Review your fees to find out why you're being charged. Then, follow the directions to remove any unwanted charge:
