Needs Review

I am having an error message (green "Needs review") under Job-Related Expenses, and I have never had this problem before on previous tax returns. I am using the Deluxe 2024 and I live in GA. The expenses amount I am filing is for 2 different W-2 jobs at different times of the year of 2024, same home office space within our home. The forum answers on this have never been solved with a complete list of states that allow these expenses. I want to know if this issue is making or breaking our return, if the program is not catching the error. I did the 'Smart Check' review and it says no errors. Experts, please advise.

2106 Employee Business Expenses | Department of Revenue states that form 2106 will not be provided for 2024. Your employee expenses are not deductible and you can remove them as they are not deductible on federal either.

I have claimed business expenses in prior years, however, I noticed that is no longer an option in 2024 if you're not in a specific profession.  I tried deleting form 2106, but the green "Needs Review" still shows up.  I've completely deleted the job description and answered no to all questions, but the green "Needs Review" still shows up.  How do I permanently delete and update?

Delete the Form 2106; instructions are below.    Employees who receive a W-2 can no longer claim job-related expenses, so you should delete Form 2106 - unless your state allows it (a few do).   The Needs Review message will not prevent e-file.  And you will do a Complete Check before you file that will catch any errors.   @CindyK94
